Announcing the opening of a new dance and movement space in Tatamagouche!  The studio has a professional-level Harlequin dance floor, with a Marley surface to protect our joints.

Structured Improvisation

Open to all experience levels (people who have never been on a dance floor to professional dancers) to expand their comfort zone and increase  the diversity of dance movements. The first 40 minutes will be used to inspire your personal creativity within guided  prompts. The second 40 mins will be an unguided time to play and explore what you have learned in the container of a safe space.

Tuesdays 3:30 Youth Modern/Jazz (ages 7-12)

  5:30 Adult Modern/Jazz (13+)

Thursdays 11:00 Joy Dance 

Similar to the improvisational work above, but less structured and with a particular focus on developing joyous movement from the heart.
